Who We Are

Mazter Mindz Media is a local marketing agency located in Bloomington, IL solving local marketing for local business through a variety of services. The team is committed to helping brands build meaningful connections with their audience. We believe a professional appearance and a well-structured marketing plan go hand-in-hand -- and we bring both to every project. Our team collaborates with you to help your business be seen, found, recognized and then more likely to be chosen. With a passion for excellence and a drive for results, Mazter Mindz Media listens to understand and seeks to provide appropriate solutions through creative marketing ideas into reality and helps put your brand in front of the right people.

Soon after, I joined Bella Baby Photography, growing from a freelance newborn photographer to regional manager. Over 6.5 years, I helped expand operations from 1 to 19 hospitals and led a team of 35 photographers.

When that role came to a close, I shifted again—this time into marketing. In partnership with Best Version Media, I am the publisher of Neighbors of Southern Bloomington and North Eastside Neighbors magazines, and have built relationships with hundreds of local businesses along the way.

Today, I’m known as a community connector—someone who brings businesses, people, and ideas together. I love helping brands grow by making warm introductions, creating strategic partnerships, aligning marketing messages across platforms and building visibility where it matters most.

In the Community:

Steph is a genuine and trusted partner in the Bloomington-Normal community. She is a member of the McLean County Chamber of Commerce where she also holds a seat at a Chamber Ambassador. Steph has been the top referring ambassador in 2023 and 2024 and has been a micro-business excellence award finalist in 2019, 2023, & 2024.

Steph also leads a philanthropic group in the community called Professionals with a Purpose. The group hears from local charities and makes a group donation each quarter to a deserving charity. Several local charities have been on the receiving end of the Professionals with a Purpose donation including Faith in Action, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Dreams are Possible, Oasis Community Outreach, Joshua Tree Ministries

In addition, Steph spearheads Volleypalooza, an annual, multi-venue sand volleyball tournament for charity in Bloomington-Normal, IL. In partnership with Crafted, Gill Street Sports Bar and Restaurant, Keglers at Pheasant Lanes Family Fun Center, and The Windjammer Lounge, the committee raises thousands of dollars each year in a 48 team volleyball tournament. Receiving charities have included Habitat for Humanity, Human Society of Central Illinois, Brightpoint, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Boys and Girls Club of Bloomington-Normal, Child Protection Network and more! This same committee holds a Barlympics event each year in benefit of Special Olympics of Illinois as well.
